Most people experience Las Vegas from the outside. After more than a decade inside Wynn Las Vegas and Hakkasan Group, I learned how this city actually works — the difference between what's advertised and what delivers, between a standard booking and an exceptional evening.
I watched how tables get placed, how reservations are handled differently depending on who's asking, and how service standards shift night by night. I learned which venues take care of executive groups and which simply process them. These aren't observations you can make from the outside.
